As at home moms of small children, sometimes we are very limited in what ministry opportunities we can participate in. We can lose site that at this time, our homes and families are our "mission field".

Amy Vital and I are starting a Mom's group here in Carpinteria on Wednesday mornings. We will be reading the book "Mission of Motherhood" by Sally Clarkson. It will be a wonderful time of seeking God's will and calling for us as mothers. This is also an opportunity for a sweet time of fellowship and encouragement. Children welcome!

We are excited about the calls we are getting from mom's who are wanting to come!!! We are still figuring out what day would work best, location, time, etc... Once we have an idea of how many mom's we have we can narrow down the details. Please pray about joining us for a time to draw closer to the Lord in our calling as Mother's. This is also a great opportunity for our children to meet new friends and enjoy this blessed time! God bless!

Hi all! We have finally gotten our act together and decided on at time and place! We will start on Friday, February 19.

When: Friday Mornings, 9 - 10:30 a.m.
Where: El Carro Playground, El Carro Park, Carpinteria (will be relocated in case of rain)
